A long, long time ago, when internet was first invented, it was hard for me to understand even just what an email address was. I chose my first email address as just a collection of letters that were initials of our family names. It meant something to me, but it meant nothing to anyone else.

Later I realized that it was a complicated email for people who didn't understand what it meant. Lots of people picked cutesy words or nicknames. Some of them were especially cringeworthy - things like sexymama123 or whatever. It also seemed at the time that you shouldn't just use your real name, because internet security was an issue but also hard to decide what was safe and what was not safe if you know what I mean.

I wanted something closer to my real name, but I didn't want to use my real name. I also wanted it to be unique enough that it wasn't already in use, which would mean I needed to use a bunch of numbers. So Frank thought about it for a while, and I assume that the Grinch must have been on, because he thought of Susyluwho - and it wasn't taken. So I signed up for it.

So now, if you want to be in touch with me, my email address is Susyluwho@gmail.com and I am glad to get emails at that address. I also tried linking it to an instagram account for my artwork. Susyluwhoart is who I am on Instagram, and if you go to that account you can take a look at some of my art - and also some of my crafts.

I sign my paintings with the same signature since I was a kid, the only exception that I recall was the very first painting, which I signed with my whole name. I still have that one. My signature is "Sue24" this year. I like to keep track of what year I finished the painting.

If you read this post, please email me to let me know - I am glad to hear from you!
